SFSFF 2008 was a blast! We opened with Harold Llyod’s delightful The Kid Brother. At one of the most memorable events of the festival, our very special guest the avant-garde master Guy Maddin introduced Tod Browning’s The Unknown. The 2008 SFSFF Award was presented to David Shepard at the screening of The Silent Enemy.
All eleven programs at SFSFF 2008 were accompanied live by exceptional musicians from around world. Artists included the Baguette Quartette, Stephen Horne, Mont Alto Motion Picture Orchestra, Michael Mortilla, Donald Sosin, and Clark Wilson on the Might Wurlitzer!
