Jon Mirsalis is a film historian, preservationist, and silent film accompanist who has been creating silent film scores for more than forty years. In addition to performing live, he has recorded scores for many DVD releases, including The Mark of Zorro and The Phantom of the Opera. Jon also discovered the long-lost second reel of Laurel and Hardy’s The Battle of the Century.
